Yakima Soldier rings 40 hours straight at kettle

Joanne Sargent, a soldier of the Yakima Corps rang the Bell for 40 hours straight over the Thanksgiving holiday, starting at  Thursday Thanksgiving morning at 5 and ending Friday night at 9.
Her goal was to raise awareness for Homelessness and raising awareness that some people do not have heat, and The Salvation Army is Doing the most good in Yakima to help these people.
