Noland Appointed Australia Eastern Chief / Buchanans, Loves Promoted to Lt. Col.

Lt. Colonel Joe Noland has been appointed Chief Secretary for the Australia Eastern Territory with the rank of Colonel effective August 1 by General Paul A. Rader. Lt. Colonel Doris Noland, also promoted to the rank of Colonel, will become the Territorial Secretary of Women’s Organizations.

They leave positions as Territorial Program Secretary and Territorial League of Mercy and Current Issues Secretary.

Lt. Colonel Ray Peacock, currently Divisional Commander for the Sierra Del Mar Division, will assume responsibilities as Program Secretary. Lt. Colonel Carolyn Peacock will be assigned responsibilities as Territorial League of Mercy Secretary and Current Issues Secretary.

Lt. Colonels Don and Esther Sather return to the West as Sierra Del Mar Divisional Commander and Director of Women’s Organizations following five years of service in the Central Territory.

“We are glad to share our gifted people with the world and we are so pleased the General has appointed Colonels Joe and Doris Noland to the Australia Eastern Territory,” stated Commissioner Peter H. Chang. “They are creative and forward thinking in their responsibilities for the expansion of His Kingdom.

“How pleased we are also the General has appointed Lt. Colonels Raymond and Carolyn Peacock as their successors. We believe they will do extremely well in their new assignments. Also, we warmly welcome home Lt. Colonels Donald and Esther Sather. They, too, are gifted and outstanding administrators and pastors.

“We pray God’s blessing upon each one of our comrades as they now face new and exciting challenges. It is all that His work may be extended here on earth. We know He will be with them.

“Hearty congratulations are also expressed to four new Lt. Colonels: the Buchanans and the Loves, whom the General has promoted to that rank. God bless them in their continuing ministries.”

 

Buchanans, Loves Promoted to Lt. Col.

Majors Chris and Janice Buchanan, Divisional Commander and Director of Women’s Organizations, respectively, Hawaiian and Pacific Islands Division, have been promoted to the rank of Lt. Colonel, effective May 1.

Major Richard Love, Cascade Divisional Commander, and Major Bettie Love, Director of Women’s Organizations, have also been promoted to the rank of Lt. Colonel, effective May 1.
