Changes of Appointment: Hodders to become National Leaders, Rileys to lead West

Hodders to serve as USA National leaders as of July 1.

General Brian Peddle appointed Commissioners Kenneth G. and Jolene K. Hodder as the USA National Commander and National President of Women’s Ministries, respectively, as of July 1. 

The Hodders currently serve as the West’s territorial leaders, and will succeed Commissioners Dave and Sharron Hudson at National Headquarters upon the Hudsons’ retirement in June.

Colonels Douglas and Colleen Riley, officers of the USA Western Territory, who currently serve as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, respectively, in the West are appointed as Western Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries. The Rileys will take up their new appointments with the rank of Commissioner. Colonel Colleen Riley on July 3 and Colonel Douglas Riley on July 4.

Lieutenant-Colonels Kelly and Donna Igleheart, officers of the USA Southern Territory who currently serve as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, respectively, in the Southern Africa Territory are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, USA Western Territory. They will take up their new appointments with the rank of Colonel.

Lieutenant-Colonels Jabulani and Fikile Khoza, officers of the Southern Africa Territory who currently serve as General Secretary and Command Secretary for Women’s Ministries, respectively, in the Liberia and Sierra Leone Command are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, Southern Africa Territory.

Lieutenant-Colonels Samuel and Theresa Baah, officers of the Ghana Territory who currently serve as Secretary for Personnel and Territorial Home League Secretary, respectively, in that territory are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, Malawi Territory.

Majors Dieudonne and Edith Louzolo, officers of the Congo (Brazzaville) Territory who currently serve as General Secretary and Command Secretary for Women’s Ministries, respectively, Rwanda and Burundi Command are appointed as General Secretary and Command Secretary for Women’s Ministries, Liberia and Sierra Leone Command.

Majors Emmanuel and Dancielle Ndagijimana, officers of the Rwanda and Burundi Command who currently serve as Regional Secretary/Corps Officer and Training Officer /Assistant Corps Officer, respectively, Mali Region are appointed as General Secretary and Command Secretary for Women’s Ministries, Rwanda and Burundi Command.

Colonels Henrik and Lisbeth Andersen, officers of the Denmark and Greenland Territory, who currently serve as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, The Netherlands, Czech Republic and Slovakia Territory, are appointed as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries, Switzerland, Austria and Hungary Territory. They will take up their new appointments with the rank of Commissioner. Colonel Henrik Anderson on July 1 and Colonel Lisbeth Anderson on July 2. They will succeed Commissioners Massimo and Jane Paone who will be retiring from active service.

Lieutenant-Colonel Donna Evans, an officer of the Australia Territory who currently serves as Head of Officer Personnel in that territory is appointed as Chief Secretary, The Netherlands, Czech Republic and Slovakia Territory. Lieut-Colonel Stuart Evans will also take up appointment responsibilities in that territory. They will take up their new appointments with the rank of Colonel.

Lieutenant-Colonel Kelvin and Cheralynne Pethybridge, officers of the Australia Territory who currently serve as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, Eastern Europe Territory are appointed as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries, respectively. They will take up their new appointments with the rank of Colonel. They will succeed Colonels Jostein and Magna Nielsen who will be taking up new appointment responsibilities in their home territory.

Majors Richard and Ann Borrett, officers of the United Kingdom Territory with the Republic of Ireland who currently serve as Divisional Commander and Divisional Leader for Leader Development, West Scotland Division in that territory are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, respectively, in the Eastern Europe Territory. They will take up their new appointments with the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel.

Majors Wilson and Nara Strasse, officers of the Brazil Territory who currently serve as Divisional Commander and Divisional Director of Women’s Ministries, Rio de Janeiro Division in that territory are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, Brazil Territory. They will take up their new appointments with the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel. They will succeed Lieutenant-Colonels Douglas and Verônica Danielson who will be taking up new appointment responsibilities in the territory.

Majors Jean and Ariane Olekhnovitch, officers of the France and Belgium Territory who currently serve as Corps Officers, Dieppe in that territory are appointed as General Secretary and Command Secretary for Women’s Ministries, Italy and Greece Command. They will succeed Majors David and Elaine Cavanagh who will be taking up new appointment responsibilities in their home territory.
