seilers to lead central territory. seilers to lead central territory. the general has appointed western officers colonels paul and carol seiler as territorial leaders of the usa central territory with the rank of commissioner, effective may 1. they are currently serving respectively as chief secretary and women’s ministries secretary/coordinator of strategic mission planning within that territory. the seilers entered the crestmont college for officer training with the proclaimers of salvation session in 1978 and, upon commissioning, served in corps and headquarters appointments in the hawaiian and pacific islands, northwest, southwest, southern california and cascade divisions. they led both the cascade and southern california divisions and also served, respectively, at the west’s territorial headquarters as secretary for personnel and assistant chief secretary for strategic planning/current issues secretary.
