rose parade. the salvation army tournament of roses band marched for the 93rd year in the world-famous tournament of roses parade on jan. 1 in pasadena, calif. led by bandmaster kevin larsson, southern california divisional music director, the 180-member band is comprised of various groups from the salvation army in southern california, plus a guest band—this year the divisional youth band from toronto, canada. in addition, two youngmusicians from each of the army’s 56 divisions across the u.s. and canada participated. photo courtesy tournament of roses.
