Rader Meets with No. Korea Dignitaries

Representatives of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (also known as North Korea) met with (then) General Paul A. Rader at International Head-quarters in London to discuss plans for a major project to be undertaken jointly by the Army and the DPRK.

Already, however, 50 tons of seed beans have been made available in expectation of an early harvest. In addition, The Salvation Army is supplying an ultra-centrifuge separator, used to conduct virus examinations to determine good quality seed potatoes which are needed to maintain good potato farming.
