rader interim asbury head. the asbury college board of trustees has appointed general paul rader (r) as chief executive officer, effective july 1. he will provide presidential leadership during the transition while a search process is undertaken. dr. david gyertson, current president of the college, has been named president-elect at taylor university in upland, indiana. rader is a graduate of asbury college and presently serves as a member of the college’s board of trustees. he is also an alumnus of asbury theological seminary and southern baptist theological seminary. he earned the doctor of missiology degree from fuller theological seminary, calif.
