New Canadian territorial leaders announced

Colonels Brian and Rosalie Peddle have been appointed as territorial leaders for the Canada and Bermuda Territory.  effective June 1.

Effective June 1, Lt. Colonels Patrick and Anne-Dore Naud, officers of the France and Belgium Territory currently serving respectively as chief secretary and territorial secretary for women’s ministries in the Germany and Lithuania Territory, are appointed as territorial leaders of the Germany and Lithuania Territory. Lt. Colonel Patrick Naud is appointed as territorial commander, Germany and Lithuania Territory, and Lt. Colonel Anne-Dore Naud as territorial president of women’s ministries. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities, each with the rank of colonel. They succeed Commissioners Horst and Helga Charlet who will be retiring from active service.

Major Marsha-Jean Bowles, an officer of the Canada and Bermuda Territory currently serving as field and candidates secretary in the Germany and Lithuania Territory, is appointed as chief secretary of the Germany and Lithuania Territory. She will take up her new appointment responsibilities with promotion to the rank of lt. colonel.

Major David Bowles, who will continue to serve as territorial youth secretary, Germany and Lithuania Territory, also is promoted to the rank of lt. colonel.

Colonels Brian and Rosalie Peddle, officers of the Canada and Bermuda Territory currently serving respectively as chief secretary and territorial secretary for women’s ministries in the United Kingdom Territory with the Republic of Ireland, are appointed as territorial leaders of the Canada and Bermuda Territory. Colonel Brian Peddle is appointed as territorial commander, Canada and Bermuda Territory, and Colonel Rosalie Peddle as territorial president of women’s ministries. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities, each with the rank of commissioner. They succeed Commissioners William and Marilyn Francis who will be retiring from active service.

Lt. Colonels David and Sylvia Hinton, officers of the United Kingdom Territory with the Republic of Ireland, currently serving respectively as secretary for business administration and assistant chief secretary in that territory, are appointed respectively as chief secretary and territorial secretary for women’s ministries, United Kingdom Territory with the Republic of Ireland. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities, each with the rank of colonel.
