Majors Jerry and Jeanine Gaines Promoted to Lt. Col.

General Paul A. Rader has announced the promotion of Majors Jerry and Jeanine Gaines, Golden State divisional leaders, to the rank of Lt. Colonel, effective March 16. Lt. Colonel Jerry Gaines serves as divisional commander and Lt. Colonel Jeanine Gaines serves as director of women’s organizations.
