Commissioner Alex Hughes, International Secretary for the Americas and Caribbean, has announced the appointment of Lt. Colonels Jerry and Jeanine Gaines to the Latin America North Territory, effective October 18, 1997.

Lt. Colonel Jerry Gaines will be the territorial financial secretary and Lt. Colonel Jeanine Gaines will be secretary to the territorial commander with responsibility for women’s auxiliaries.
