letters to the editor. letters to the editor. by. transparent i liked your thoughts in the “on the corner” column “a transparent culture,” new frontier (vol. 27, no. 20). well written. i trust others in leadership will read and agree. it would be nice if our leaders here in the west saw it this way and demonstrated this trait. they have everything to gain by creating a culture like this in the territory. thanks to bob docter for another thought-provoking column. bill flinn, pasadena, calif. yes, both major terry camsey’s article “out of breath” and the editor’s “a transparent culture” are very true. we need to improve our communication skills. roy stephens, auckland, new zealand.
