drinkward is west’s newest nab member. wayne drinkward, portland or, has recently become a member of the salvation army’s national advisory board. he has been a member of the portland advisory board since 1982 and is a past chairman. since 1995, drinkward and his company have been presenting sponsors at portland’s annual spring luncheon, all about kids, which raises money for army programs. over the years, he has proven a true friend and a consistent, strong supporter of the army. he is president of the hoffman construction co.
