EL PASO COUNTY, TX—County Business Admin.: The Salvation Army County Administration in El Paso is seeking a highly qualified supervisory Business Administrator to assist in the management and administration of wide-ranging Army programs within the county. Responsibilities include the oversight of 100+ employees, family services, four residential facilities, as well as three Thrift Stores and a production facility. Duties include management of a budget of nearly $3 million. The successful candidate will have an advanced degree in business or accounting (three years of experience in management of Salvation Army programs with annual budgets in excess of $1 million may be substituted for educational experience) and be fully familiar with S.A. personnel practices and fiscal management process.
