camseys promoted to rank of major. majors terry beryl camsey. captains terry and beryl camsey have been promoted to the rank of major effective may 15, 1999. camsey currently serves as territorial church growth and vision secretary, and major beryl camsey as director of volunteers. camsey has been one of the driving forces behind the initial development of the mission2000 program in the west. he has been used extensively on an international basis for territorial consultation on church growth issues. for four years he served as church growth secretary in the united kingdom territory. she was trained as an officer in britain; they entered officership as auxiliary captains in 1984 and were appointed captains five years later.
