Commissioners John and Elsie Busby, territorial commander and territorial president of women’s organizations in the Southern Territory, are appointed as national commander and national president of women’s organizations, effective September 1, 1999. Previous appointments include those of chief secretary and territorial volunteer coordinator in the Canada & Bermuda Territory, and chief secretary and territorial secretary for women’s organizations in the Southern Territory.
