Scripture is filled with principles, ethics and morals to guide us in the way of righteousness. So, whatever your occupation, whatever your life stage, whatever your ability, do so unto the Lord so that he is glorified through whatever you say and do.
Here are some Bible verses to guide an ethical lifestyle:
2 Corinthians 8:7
But as you excel in everything—in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in all earnestness and in our love for you—see that you excel in this act of grace also.
Galatians 6:9
And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.

For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven and do not return there but water the earth, making it bring forth and sprout, giving seed to the sower and bread to the eater, so shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it.
Micah 6:8
He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?
1 Corinthians 15:58

Proverbs 10:17
Whoever heeds instruction is on the path to life, but he who rejects reproof leads others astray.
Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.
2 Timothy 3:16-17
All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.
