New international appointments effective July 1, 2007.

 

COMMISSIONERS WILLIAM AND MARILYN FRANCIS, officers of the USA Eastern Territory currently serving respectively as International Secretary for the Americas & Caribbean Zone and Zonal Secretary for Women’s Ministries, Americas & Caribbean Zone, are appointed territorial leaders of the Canada and Bermuda Territory. Commissioner William Francis is appointed as Territorial Commander, Canada & Bermuda Territory, and Commissioner Marilyn Francis as Territorial President of Women’s Ministries.

LT. COLONELS BARRY AND SUE SWANSON, officers of the USA Central Territory currently serving at National Headquarters, USA as National Chief Secretary and National Secretary for Women’s Ministries, are appointed to International Headquarters. Lt. Colonel Barry Swanson is appointed as International Secretary for the Americas & Caribbean Zone, and Lt. Colonel Sue Swanson as Zonal Secretary for Women’s Ministries, Americas & Caribbean Zone. They will take up their new responsibilities with promotion to the rank of commissioner on 1 and 2 July respectively.

LT. COLONELS DAVID AND BARBARA JEFFREY, officers of the USA Southern Territory currently serving as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries in that territory, are appointed to National Headquarters in the USA. Lt. Colonel David Jeffrey is appointed as National Chief Secretary and Lt. Colonel Barbara Jeffrey as National Secretary for Women’s Ministries.

LT. COLONELS TERRY AND LINDA GRIFFIN, officers of the USA Western Territory currently serving respectively as Secretary for Program and Secretary, Corps Ministries and Spiritual Formation Department in that territory, are appointed respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries in the USA Southern Territory.
