anderson to be music secretary. effective late sept. b/m james anderson bandmaster james anderson has been selected to be the west’s music secretary, effective late september 2001, upon the retirement of bandmaster ivor bosanko. a graduate of the royal scottish academy of music and jordanhill college of education, anderson has had 20 years of experience as a music educator and administrator in the scottish public school system. in 1992, with his wife, christina, and children esther, lois, and tim, he relocated to texas to assume responsibility as the divisional music director. he was appointed territorial music education director for the usa southern territory, in 1999.
