To gather facts and photographs for this special ‘Against All Odds’ issue, New Frontier Managing Editor Sue Schumann Warner traveled to the Caribbean Territory and to Havana, Cuba. In all, she spent 10 days observing the Army’s work first hand. In addition, overseas officers and workers sent special reports to update readers on the ministry in their locations.
