administrative moves announced. territorial commander commissioner philip swyers has announced the following moves, effective june 27, 2005. lt. colonels terry and linda griffin, now divisional commander and director of women’s ministries, northwest division, to be territorial secretary for program, and corps ministries spiritual formation secretary, respectively. lt. colonels raymond and marilyn moulton will be returning to the canada and bermuda territory, where they will serve as editor-in-chief and literary secretary and assistant editor-in-chief, respectively. they currently serve as territorial secretary for program and community care and older adult ministries secretary, respectively. lt. colonels harold and joann brodin, currently intermountain divisional commander and director of women’s ministries, respectively, appointed as northwest divisional commander and director of women’s ministries, respectively. lt. colonels raymond and carolyn peacock, now secretary for leadership development and current issues secretary, to be intermountain divisional commander and director of women’s ministries, respectively. major ivy hood, now corps ministries spiritual formation secretary, to be community care ministries secretary.
