The Salvation Army Eastern Territory is holding its annual Scandinavian Congress May 25-28 at the Ladore Conference Center in Waymart, Pa. Special guests will include Commissioners Lawrence R. and Nancy A. Moretz, former leaders of the Eastern Territory. There will also be youth oriented programming, band and string band participation.
