arc adds six new officiers. l-r: majors john and kathy reed, captains eric and janet wilkerson, majors ron and pam strickland (arc commander), captains david and gaylene yardley, and majors george and julie beauchamp. six officers graduated recently from the arc’s administrator development program (adp), becoming the newest arc officers in the western territory. they are: majors george and julie beauchamp, van nuys arc; captains david and gaylene yardley, canoga park arc; and captains eric and janet wilkerson, san francisco arc (effec. 7/2/03). each officer participated in the adp coordinated by majors john and kathy reed at the arc command. the program consists of on-the-job training and classroom education. the adult rehabilitation center command will be commencing its ninth session of training july 14, 2003.
